By accessing this website or using a Prismind Analytics product or service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the applicable website, product, or service.
2. Services provided
Prismind Analytics builds health and everyday-life products, produces short-form media, and provides independent AI and technology advisory services. The portfolio includes services offered through Prismind Health, Prismind Life, Prismind Studio, and Prismind Advisory.
Individual products or engagements may have additional terms covering matters such as subscriptions, fees, refunds, deliverables, or warranties. Those product- or engagement-specific terms apply to the relevant service.
3. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website content, software, and tools provided by Prismind Analytics are owned by Prismind Analytics LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use them for their intended purpose, subject to these terms and any applicable product- or engagement-specific agreement.
4. Medical and professional-information disclaimer
Prismind Health products, including ChartLite and the voice self-care line, may provide general information, prompts, or documentation support based on available information. They do not create a doctor-patient relationship, replace emergency services, or provide a medical diagnosis. Prismind products and content are not a substitute for advice from a qualified medical, legal, financial, or other professional when such advice is needed.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Prismind Analytics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to access, its services. Prismind Analytics' maximum aggregate liability relating to a service is limited to the amount the user paid for that service during the 12 months preceding the claim.
